The Press
I made this diary because I couldn't find what I was looking for. I wanted something that would help me slow down and reconnect with the rhythms I kept forgetting were there - the moon, the seasons, the quiet turning of the year.
Most planners are built around productivity - squeezing more in, doing more, tracking more. Quiet Garden Press diaries are built around the opposite. Noticing more. Doing less, with more intention. Moving at the pace of the season rather than the deadline.
Each diary is structured around the 13 lunar months of the year rather than the Gregorian calendar. I included the astrological sign placements because the moon's journey through the signs adds another layer of meaning to each cycle - and I wanted to make that accessible, not complicated.
A diary you actually want to sit with at the end of the day.
I also included botanical illustrations you can colour in - because sometimes the most meaningful thing you can do is sit quietly with a pencil and a plant.
Structured around the moon's natural 28-day cycle - with pages for each phase and an extra blank page at every New Moon.
Each moon's astrological sign noted - so you can work with the energy of the cycle, not just the phase.
Botanical illustrations throughout can be coloured in - a meditative, creative companion to the written practice.
The old names for the months, the hedgerow plant of the season, traditional festivals and agricultural wisdom.
